Why a low carb chicken soup recipe?
Low-carb diets can be effective for weight loss because they limit the consumption of carbohydrates, forcing the body to burn fat for energy instead. Also, low-carb diets have been shown to reduce insulin levels, which can help stabilize blood sugar levels and decrease the risk of some chronic diseases.

Kirkland Signature Organic Chicken Broth
Kirkland Signature Organic Chicken Broth from Costco is one of the best options when looking for a flavorful broth. This brand is salt-free, so when making chicken soup, you’ll need to add enough sea salt to bring out the natural flavor of the soup.

Try changing it up with these tips:
- For this recipe, we boiled our chicken first. You can bake it, pick up a rotisserie chicken at your local grocery store, or use leftover chicken.
- You can also use shredded chicken instead of cubes. I have made it both ways, but we prefer cubing it because that’s what I grew up with.
- Don’t like using fresh garlic, use a tablespoon of minced garlic instead.
- No time to stay in the kitchen. Pull out the slow cooker and throw in the ingredients for an easy dinner recipe.
