Why We Chose To Review This Frying Pan
When buying products for our home, my husband, Roger, researches extensively. He spends hours reading reviews and checking prices to ensure we invest in quality products at the right price.
He does this with cars, trucks, tools, and anything tech, including televisions, cameras, phones, computers, and more! And, yes, the more includes cookware. In this case, the review of Sensarte Cookware.
We have tried many nonstick frying pans over the years that have worn out before their time. It was one of those things where we picked up what we thought would work until it didn’t. Until now!
This is a personal Sensarte Cookware Review
Sensarte Cookware Review
We have used the Sensarte 2PC nonstick ceramic frying pan set, which included 8″ and 12.5″ frying pans, for five months at the time of this review. Our first opinion upon opening was how well-packaged they were.
It has a removeable handle that you will have to attach yourself. They supply a decent-quality screwdriver, which was a pleasant surprise. We noticed immediately how well-made and beautiful they were. The pans are cast aluminum and have a safe, non-toxic, nonstick granite coating.
Sensarte Cookware’s Nonstick Surface
The granite coating is imported from Switzerland. The nonstick coating is superior, meaning you can cook with less butter and oil if you want to, and the food will not stick.
For example, I still put a little butter in the pan when I cook an egg, and you can quickly flip the egg without sticking. You can easily clean the surface without scrubbing it with a cloth or paper towel.
It has a sturdy body, and similar to a cast iron skillet, it is also oven safe. We have put it in the oven without any issues.
Frying Pan Skillet Handle
The design has a woodgrain bakelite handle, giving it an aesthetic look. The handle stays cool, is comfortable, and lightweight.
I love it when our cooking essentials can look beautiful, too, and the woodgrain design gives that look. This product offers beauty, great quality, and function.
Frying Pan Skillet Bottom
It has a flat, thick stainless steel bottom suitable for all stoves, which helps the food cook evenly. We can attest that it is one of the best non-warping frying pans thus far.
Previous pans we purchased warped within weeks of use; this pan stays flat, allowing even heat distribution so your food cooks as expected.
How to Clean Sensarte Cookware
Proper care is essential with any nonstick pan. These frying pans are super easy to clean. You can either wipe them with a damp cloth or paper towel for a quick clean, wash them in soap and water, or you can even put them in the dishwater.
I admit that we have not placed them in the dishwater, and we typically don’t with any pan we own. Since this product is so quick to wipe clean, why would we bother? You can then wipe it with a thin film of oil to preserve it.
Everyday Usage
In our household, we use the frying pans 5-6 times a week, so its durability has proven over time. Despite consistent usage for months, the pan has displayed no noticeable signs of wear and tear, aside from the expected scratches on the stainless steel bottom.
My husband and I share the cooking in our household, and both agree this cookware has undoubtedly earned a place in our kitchen.
Things to note:
- Don’t use metal utensils or steel wool to clean.
- Cooking with medium heat to help maintain cookware’s nonstick properties.

Is it safe to use on glass top ranges without scratching the glass surface of the range
Hi Patsy, based on our experience with our glass top range, we haven’t encountered any problems with it scratching our stovetop. However, it does have a metal bottom.
