Christmas Bedroom Ideas
If you have holiday decor, chances are you already have most of the items needed to create these Christmas bedroom ideas.
1. Add a wreath above the bed
The first Christmas bedroom idea is to use a green or flocked wreath with a pretty bow. This is a simple way to add a touch of the season to your bedroom. I used a 3M Command hook, so I did not have to put a hole in our board & batten.
2. Add Seasonal Throw Pillows
Pillow inserts & covers are an easy way to switch out your throw pillows throughout the seasons. I chose navy blue velvet pillow covers from Ikea and a pretty Christmas pillow I picked up at Home Depot last year.
3. Use Faux Holiday Greenery
Adding holiday greenery to vases is another idea to create a Christmas bedroom. I purchased pine garland from Rainsford Company and pushed it into the vase until I liked the look. I also added faux rosemary, which I had on hand, to a vase on my end table.
4. Swap Out Bedroom Prints
You can use the frames you have and swap out the print for a winter theme. Collection Prints have a wide variety of prints available, and the quality of their offering is fantastic for the price. Click here to find more winter print options.
5. Additional cozy bedding & throws
The navy throw blanket on the chair adds color and can be used for warmth during cold nights. I also added a fleece throw blanket to the end of the bed this season.
