Healthy No-Bake Peanut Butter Granola Energy Balls

Equipment

  • large mixing bowl
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Small Cookie Scoop Optional
  • Cookie Pan
  • Parchment or Wax Paper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Ground Flax Seeds
  • ½ cup Nature's Path Chia Coconut Granola
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl
  • Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on parchment or wax paper
  • Freeze for a couple of hours 
  • Move to an airtight container and keep in the fridge or freezer before serving

Notes

A serving is two 1" balls or one golf-sized ball. I chose to make the latter in this recipe.
