Ingredients
- 4 eggs yolks and whites separated
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup salted butter melted
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a 9×13 baking pan with butter

- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and a peak forms. Use a spatula to fold the egg whites into the batter.4 eggs
