Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, sweetness in every bite!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup salted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 300 grams Chipits chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190°C)
  • Beat softened butter with brown and white sugars until blended
    1 cup salted butter, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar
  • Add 2 eggs and pure vanilla extract
    2 eggs, 1-1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt
    2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt
  • Gradually beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
  • Fold in 1 package of chocolate chips
    300 grams Chipits chocolate chips
  • Drop rounded 1-1/2 tbsp portions of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes
  • Transfer to a wire rack to cool
