Healthy Moist Banana Bread

A classic favorite made with naturally sweetened goodness

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup pure
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Pure
  • 1 3/4 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnaman
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups ripe bananas mashed

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 325℉ (165℃)
  • Line a 9x5" bread pan with parchument paper
  • In a large mixing bowl wisk olive oil, almond milk, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Mix in the mashed bananas.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamion and nutmeg .
  • Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Do not over mix.
  • Pour the batter into the back dish and ensure the top of the batter is even and smooth.
  • Bake bread for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
