Blueberry Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

unsweetened pineapple juice

chopped kale

banana
1/2
cup
blueberries
1/2
cup
plain yogurt

tbsp
ground flax
Instructions
Add the pineapple juice and chopped kale into the blender and blend until smooth.
3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice,
1/2 cup chopped kale
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend
1 banana,
1/2 cup plain yogurt,
1 tbsp ground flax,
1/2 cup blueberries
Notes
Optional: Use other fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, or kiwi. Sub flax for 1/2 tsp of olive or omega-3 oil.
