Blueberry Kale Smoothie

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flax

Instructions

  • Add the pineapple juice and chopped kale into the blender and blend until smooth.
    3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend
    1 banana, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tbsp ground flax, 1/2 cup blueberries

Notes

Optional: Use other fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, or kiwi.  Sub flax for 1/2 tsp of olive or omega-3 oil.
