How to Organize Your Pantry
Pantry Shelving
Although we would like to change out the shelves, for now, we have chosen to leave the existing wire shelves in place and have given the interior of the closet a new coat of BM Simply White (OC-117) paint. With the help of some storage and organization solutions, we have made the most of the space available.

OXO brand pop containers
These containers are a little more expensive, but their quality stands out above the rest. We have them throughout our kitchen for storage since there is a wide variety of sizes available.

Ikea also has inexpensive glass storage jars, which I used for nuts and other dry goods. You can also find similar options below.

Storage Baskets

Can Storage
Keeping track of cans used to be a major storage issue. They often got pushed to the back of the cupboard, resulting in unnecessary spending on items you already had. This can rack organizer has helped solve this problem so you can easily see what you have available. Although we don’t use many canned goods nowadays, this tool has proven to be very useful.

Pantry Makeover – Before & After
In the before picture of our closet, there was a lot of unused space, and it was really disorganized! This minor update was a game changer for us as it increased the storage in both our bathroom and kitchen and allowed for a beautifully organized pantry.
Before
After
It’s pretty normal for a pantry to get a little messy as time goes by. We just do our best to put things back where they belong after we use them, and every now and then, we give the pantry a quick clean and tidy up to keep things nice and organized if needed.
